Lindsay Collects Top Police Award

STRANRAER'S Lindsay Guc has been chosen as the police's probationer of the year at the annual Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary Awards on Monday.

She was one of a number of Wigtownshire people honoured during the presentation at the Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries.

The 26-year-old was born in Stranraer and went to school at Park Primary School and then Stranraer Academy.
