Transport Cash Hits Roadblock
THE SNP Government has been accused of overlooking Dumfries and Galloway in a new multi-billion pound transport strategy.
The country's biggest and most ambitious transport plan ever - the Scottish Transport Project Review (STPR) - is said to be costing up to £20 billion.
But MP for Dumfries and Galloway Russell Brown said the region could receive as little as £10 million from the budget and called it a missed opportunity for the region.
