Council to make plea over rising fuel costs
COUNCILLORS have agreed to write to the UK Government
in an attempt to reduce fuel prices in rural areas.
An emergency motion was raised on Tuesday by SNP councillors
who feel the spiralling fuel prices are harming the region's
economy.
SNP Group Leader Rob Davidson said the cost of fuel had
a considerable impact on the region and affected every
resident in some way.
