Councillors in Waterfront Talks

LOCAL councillors have had their first formal meeting with a consultant from Stranraer's Waterfront Masterplan.

Consultancy group, Smith Scott Mullan Associates, was hired by Dumfries and Galloway Council to help design the future of the waterfront and town centre after Stena Line make a proposed move up the coast.
