Festive Celebrations begin in Stranraer

STRANRAER'S Christmas will officially start on Saturday with the crowning of Snow Queen Mirren Hannah at the Castle Green followed by the switch on of the festive lights.

This year's event programme is action packed and guaranteed to get you into the jolly seasonal spirit with the likes of live Christmas music and ice skating in the Millennium Centre.
