Village Primary Aims to be Region's First Eco-school

A DECAYING Rhins primary school could be transformed into an eco-friendly, state of the art building if new proposals go ahead.

Kirkcolm Primary School's parent council has commissioned its own condition survey on the building.

Although parents are happy with the academic achievements of the school, they feel the condition is not conducive with the best possible education for the school.
