Stranraer Community Woodland Plans

PLANS for a new community woodland in Stranraer are to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Forestry Commission Scotland acquired land on Gallowhill Farm, south of King George V Park, and plans are well underway to transform it into a wooded wonderland.

Now two stages of public consultation have been completed and the results are to be announced shortly.
