Hope continues for Sheuchan Street Post Office

HOPES of re-opening Sheuchan Street post office in Stranraer have taken another step forward after MP Russell Brown held talks with a Post Office official to discuss re-establishing the branch as a co-op.

The MP met Iain Smith, of Post Office in Westminster, and the official confirmed that the branch could be re-opened as a co-operative if it enough support was there to make it viable.
