Charity worker posed as traffic cop
A STRANRAER charity worker impersonated a police officer
to overtake a female motorist because he believed she was
driving too slowly.
Ian Scott was a proud member of the Children's Panel,
an officer in the British Red Cross and inspected conditions
for prisoners in police custody.
But a "moment of madness" led to him impersonating
a police officer.
