Ferry service's future in doubt

THE FUTURE of the Stena HSS ferry from Stranraer to Belfast has been cast into doubt.

The twin-hulled vessel has been on the route for nearly 13 years and could be replaced within the next two years.

The high-speed HSS would be replaced by a conventional fast ferry.
