Concerns over A75 upgrade timeline

CONCERNS that improvements on the A75 will be delayed have been quashed by Dumfries and Galloway Council and Transport Scotland.

Councillors at the Wigtown Area Committee heard during the public forum that the Dunragit Bypass and Cairntop to Barlae projects had been pushed back.

But according to Leisure Services Manager for Wigtownshire Harry Hay and Transport Scotland, work is still ongoing.
