Region Prepared for Flu Outbreak

NHS chiefs are confident they are ready to cope with any outbreak of swine flu in Dumfries and Galloway.

Talks have been taking place regularly in the region to monitor the situation both nationally and internationally.

Stockpiles of antiviral drugs are in place to deal with any outbreak.
