Waterfront station plan sparks debate row
A SOLICITOR has accused the region's council of acting as the people's masters rather than their servants.
Tony McAndrew was acting on behalf of Billy Burns in objecting to the proposed building of a water pumping station in Stranraer.
The site is the Ulsterbus car park Port Rodie, which Mr Burns feels is a prime area for the proposed waterfront regeneration of the town.
