Daze!
SCHOOLDAYS are
now school daze for confused teachers at Belmont Primary School,
who have to cope with four sets of twins in the one nursery
class.
Bemused teacher
Sian Anderson even has to tell the difference between one
identical duo by the colour of their shoes! She said:
"Stephen
and Gary Scott (3) are really identical, so they have different
coloured shoes so we can tell the difference.
"It’s okay
as long as we can see the colour on the side. Greg’s have
a green stripe and Stephen’s are blue.
"The twins
usually tell us if we get it wrong."
Luckily for
the teachers, Becky and Carly Conlay (3), have their brother
Jarvis to help them out with the girls’ names.Miss
Anderson said:
"With Kaitlyn
and Bronwyn Evans (4), you can tell them apart. Kaitlyn
had her fringe cut and that helped us out."
Mum Nichola
Evans said:
"I can tell
them apart but they are very close and both are very good
friends."
She added
"Most of the time!"
Last, but not
least, are Robbie and Nicole Kevin (4), who obviously cause
least problems for the teachers, being a boy and girl. Miss
Anderson said:
"All the
twins have got different personalities and even have different
friends.
"As far as
we know, it’s the first time we’ve had this many sets in
the one class."
