Stena
Line Not Switching
THERE
IS NO possibility of Stena Line switching from Lochryan to
Troon.
That
was the message from the company Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer Bo Severed in an exclusive interview with the "Free
Press".
And
he gave assurances that there is what he described as "tremendous
support" at the highest levels in Stena for the North
Channel.
From
his headquarters office in Gothenburg in Sweden, Mr Severed
answered a series of questions posed by "Free Press"
reporters Craig McDonald and Fraser Wilson.
He
reiterated the need for improvements to both the A75 and A77
roads, speaking of the negative effect on passenger and journey
times of congestion caused by poor road links.
And
he said Stena would work with relevant agencies to ensure
that Stranraer Port would be used to its best potential.
