WEST FREUGH STEERING GROUP SUCCESSES

WEST FREUGH Steering Group have recorded a hat-trick of successes.

The group learned that two crucial European funding applications - worth a total of £215,000 ­ had been successful.

And they also heard that more than 50 West Freugh employees have benefited from the specialist services provided at the on-site Support Centre since it opened in March European funding will enable two high profile initiatives ­ a Dedicated Training Centre and a High Growth Business Support unit ­ to get off the ground.

Both projects will also receive funding from Scottish Enterprise Dumfries and Galloway and Dumfries and Galloway Council.
