Open Air Market for Stranraer?

A GLASGOW company, Scorpion Markets, have applied to the council for planning permission to set up an open-air market in Stranraer's George Street.

Under the proposals, the market would be held every Wednesday between 10 am and 4 pm, with stalls being set up between 65 and 81 George Street.

Eleven homes and businesses in the street have been informed.
